The hotel was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, excellent services provided, awesome location close to the main square. Bright and extremely spacious room with terrace, an enormous balcony, a minifridge, great value for money....

everything was awesome! I had a fantastic time during my trip to the Amalfi Coast. 🌊 The twin room I stayed in had a cool air conditioning and a stunning view of the sea.

Excellent location! Right on the beach, it's hard to think of anything more convenient. A few steps to the beach and port. To the center of 10-15 minutes: elevator, bus, stairs. We took a room overlooking the sea, 150% met expectations - the sunsets are incomparable. The room itself is very bright and cozy white and blue in the maritime style, very spacious, large bathroom, comfortable shower, chic terrace + table with 2 chairs + chaise lounge chair. (There is a terrace with sun beds on the 4th floor). Cleaned every day, towels were changed daily. Breakfasts are the same day by day, there are fruit, excellent baked goods and good coffee. Very friendly staff, trying to solve any problem, tell where to go, what to visit. In general, this hotel is bravely recommended in Sorrento.

There is something to improve on the cleaning, for some reason the room was regularly left untidy hair. One deck chair on the terrace, although the room can accommodate 2 people.

We lived in a large room with a huge terrace, which offers a great view of everything at once: port, mountains, sea, ships, sunset, Vesuvius! The room is very spacious! The linen and towels are white. Cleaning is done every day. Breakfasts are delicious and with a large selection of dishes. We were at the end of August - juicy and delicious watermelon was every day. In accessibility to everything is also an ideal place: to the beach is in 2 minutes. From the port speedboats go to all directions and with high frequency. You can go up to the center which can be reached either by elevator for 1 euro or on the steps. Definitely I recommend for living in Sorrento!

Taking into account that there was a terrace in the room, I would very much like to have bathrobes, at least cotton, and slippers to walk on the room, otherwise dirt spreads around the room lightning fast, but this is a wish, but it is not a disadvantage).

Enjoyed a twin room with a balcony, AC, and a beautiful sea view. Breakfasts were tasty with scrambled eggs, yogurt, and bacon 🍳.

The hotel which is a 3 star hotel is in an excellent location on the Marina Piccolo, well positioned for enjoying all that the Amalfe Cost has to offer, only a minute walk to the ferries for visiting the islands and other ports of interest. The walk to the centre is a short but a very step one however every 15 minutes up to 2230 one can take a bus which only cost €1, the same bus for the same price also takes you to the main railway station which is very convenient as not only can you catch trains to Naples but also buses to other areas on the cost, most important it is also the terminal for the coach to and from Naples airport costing €10 each way. The room was a sea view one that I highly recommend, not only is the view across the bay a pleasant one but the hassle and bustle adds to the sprit of Italian life, by 2030 the area is relatively quite and there is a choice of 2 or 3 restaurants in the immediate area however the hotel also has an excellent fish restaurant. The bathrooms are small and the shower will be uncomfortable for large people. The management and staff where helpful and could communicate well in English. I was on BB, which was sufficient as I do recommend you make the most of the evening and visit the many opportunities in Sorrento, if not for a meal then for a coffee and a pastry and of course joining the locals for a gelato and the famous passeggiata, the ritual evening walk

The hotel at times caters for groups which effects the breakfast as the choice is less unless you arrive before the groups do.

hotel is very well located, steps from the port, in fact this hotel is just below the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria, one of the best hotels in Sorrento. I say under, because Sorrento has about two floors, in the height, where is the center and under where is the sea and port. I loved this hotel. We had a room with a sea view (in fact I think all the rooms in this hotel have a sea view) so the room was very bright with a beautiful window to see as soon as you wake up :). beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. hotel has a very good restaurant, where they apply discount to guests, food is very good! hotel staff is very attentive, I had to make some calls to the Italian train, because of some schedules of my trip and staff called and knew how to help me, nice. breakfast is very good and varied.

The room's bathroom is a little small.
